1. Acceptance
By creating an account, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older to use Kin Circles.
3. Your responsibility for friend data
When you add a friend's information to the app, you confirm you have their permission to store it, and you agree to remove it promptly if they ask you to. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you add about another person.
4. Subscriptions
Free trial and free plan. New accounts get 30 days of Plus free, with no payment details needed and no automatic charge. After the trial you can carry on using Kin Circles on the free plan, which includes up to 7 active friends. If you have more than 7 friends when your trial ends, you can choose which 7 stay active; the others are paused, not deleted, and come back if you subscribe to Plus.
Plus subscriptions. Plus is a paid subscription that unlocks more than 7 friends, group meet-ups and other Plus features. The price and billing period (monthly or yearly) are shown before you pay. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
Where you can buy. Web subscriptions are available to customers in the United Kingdom only. They are sold by NSO Concept Development Ltd, and card payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions bought through the Apple App Store or Google Play (when available) are billed by Apple or Google under their terms, and are cancelled and refunded through them.
Cancelling. You can cancel a web subscription at any time in Settings. Cancelling stops future renewals, and you keep Plus until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not refund part-used periods except as set out below or where the law requires.
Your 14-day right to cancel. If you buy a web subscription as a consumer, you can cancel within 14 days of subscribing and receive a refund. At checkout you will be asked to confirm that you want Plus to start straight away; if you then cancel within the 14 days, we will deduct an amount in proportion to the time you used Plus before cancelling. To cancel, use Settings or email hello@getkincircles.com.
You can tell us you want to cancel in any clear way, for example by email. You can also use the model cancellation form below, but you do not have to.
